ARTERY (“Campaign Intelligence”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a marketing platform operated by jesse.work that helps businesses plan, create, and manage marketing campaigns and content. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using our service at portal.jesse.work, you agree to this policy.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information — your name, email address, and authentication credentials.
• Brand and business information — details you provide about your business, such as industry, target audience, brand voice, goals, colors, and uploaded brand assets.
• Content you create or upload — images, video, audio, websites, emails, and other assets you generate or upload through the platform.
• Campaign and lead data — campaigns, leads, and related notes you add or import.
• Connected account data — when you connect a third-party advertising account (such as Meta Ads), we access data from that account as described below.
• Payment information — processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage information — how you interact with the platform, used to operate and improve the service.

• To provide, operate, and maintain the platform and its features.
• To generate marketing content and recommendations tailored to your brand.
• To display analytics and performance data for your campaigns and connected accounts.
• To process payments, manage subscriptions, and enforce usage limits.
• To communicate with you about your account and the service.
• To secure the platform, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

If you choose to connect your Meta Ads / Facebook account, you authorize us to access certain data through Meta’s APIs, which may include your advertising accounts, campaigns, ad sets, audiences, and performance metrics, consistent with the permissions you grant during authorization.

We use this Meta data only to:

• Display your advertising performance and insights inside your dashboard.
• Help you create, analyze, and optimize campaigns when you ask us to.

We do not sell your Meta data, and we do not use it for any purpose other than providing the features you request. You can disconnect your Meta account at any time from Settings → Integrations, which revokes our stored access token. Our use and transfer of information received from Meta APIs adheres to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate the platform. These providers process data only as needed to perform their services:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Anthropic — AI content generation and assistance.
• Stripe — payment and subscription processing.
• Resend — sending email on your behalf.
• Meta — advertising data for connected accounts.
• PiAPI, ElevenLabs, and HeyGen — image, video, audio, and rendered-video generation.
• Hosting and deployment providers — to serve the application and any pages you publish.

Your data is stored on secure, access-controlled infrastructure. We apply row-level security so that each account can access only its own data, and we restrict administrative access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing hello@jesse.work. Upon a verified request, we will delete your personal data, generated content, and any stored third-party access tokens, except where retention is required by law.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@jesse.work.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate core functionality. We do not use cookies to sell your data to third parties.

The service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email where appropriate.
